You own 4 tents. 3 are out this Saturday, and someone wants 2.

A tent that's up a mountain can't go to anyone else until it's back. cshub counts free units from rentals whose dates overlap, so when the AI says it's available, it is.

  • Free units counted per date range
  • Each item type has its own unit count
  • Conflicts checked again before a booking is saved
  • Deposit invoices sent right in the chat

Sample conversation

What it costs you every day without you noticing

Gear that's still out

The sound system comes back Sunday night, but it was promised for Sunday morning. You find out when the second renter shows up to collect it.

Quoting people who may not rent

Is this camera free? That lens? What's three days? Half the day goes to checking notes and using a calculator, and many of those people never book.

Damage nobody wrote down

A tripod comes back broken, a tent frame bent. It gets mentioned in chat and then buried. When it's time to charge the fee, nobody remembers the details.

A day at your business

Example day. The numbers are illustrations, not customer data.

  1. 08:00 leak

Three people ask about tents for the weekend. You open the notebook to count what's still out.

  2. 10:00 leak

Gear comes back. A few tent pegs are missing, mentioned only out loud.

  3. 12:30

Someone wants a projector and screen for three days. Out comes the calculator.

  4. 15:00 leak

The sound system is promised to two events on the same date. One has to be cancelled.

  5. 19:00 leak

A chat asks about renting the hall next month. You're out delivering gear.

  6. 22:30 leak

Catching up on today's chats. Two people already rented elsewhere.

Daily Rental Products + AI Commerce

It knows the tent coming back Sunday can't go out again until Monday.

Each item is a daily rental product with its number of units. The system subtracts units already rented on overlapping dates, so the AI only offers what's left. Once the customer agrees, the booking goes into the cart and the invoice is sent. Before it's saved, conflicts are checked once more, so two people ordering at the same moment don't get the same unit.

Example conversation

Customer

any 4-person dome tents, pick up the 14th return the 16th? need 2

cshub AI

Yes. Pick up March 14, return March 16, that's 2 days. There are 3 four-person dome tents free on those dates. Rp75,000 per unit per day, so Rp300,000 for 2 units.

Customer

ok book it. can i pay a deposit first?

cshub AI

Yes. Here's the deposit invoice, and the 2 tents are booked under your name.

What runs in the background

01

Tickets for damage and late fees

Late or damaged returns get their own ticket number. They don't mix with new rental chats, and the status is visible until it's settled.

02

A shared inbox for every admin

Several people can run one WhatsApp number. Every chat has an owner, so two admins don't quote the same person different prices.

03

Rental and payment records

Every rental is recorded: what, which dates, deposit paid, balance left. Unpaid balances are visible without checking bank statements.

04

A page listing your rentals

Build a page with your items and rates, and put the link in your Instagram bio. Anyone who fills in the form on that page becomes a contact.

Your first week

Day 1

Add your items and how many you have

Each item becomes a daily rental product. If you own 4 identical tents, enter 4 units.

Day 3

Write down your rental rules

Minimum rental, deposit, pickup and return times, late fees. The AI answers from those, and anything outside them comes to you.

Day 7

Let the AI take night chats

Availability and price questions get answered while you sleep. In the morning you check the bookings that came in.

Common questions

Yes. A hall or room is a rental product with 1 unit. If you rent it by the hour, choose hourly mode and set your opening hours.

Each type can be a variant with its own unit count. The 50mm and 85mm lenses each have their own capacity, so availability is counted separately.

Record it as a rental under your business name for those dates. To the system it's out, so the AI won't offer it.

Before a booking is saved, the system checks for conflicts again. Whichever is saved first gets the unit, and the second booking is rejected.

It can be set up as a daily rental product like anything else. Terms like the operator, transport, or site location usually need a conversation, so the AI collects the details and hands them to you.
