Our story
We started with a WhatsApp CRM for online sellers. Over time, shops weren't the only ones using it. A car rental kept promising the same car to two people. A clinic had gaps in its doctors' schedules. A repair shop couldn't remember whose warranty was still active. Their problem was the same: customers came in through chat, but orders, schedules, and payments were tracked somewhere else. We built cshub to put all of that in one system, with an AI that takes on the repetitive admin work. We're a small team in Sukabumi, Indonesia, and most of what cshub does today started as a complaint from a beta user.
Our mission
Help small businesses in Indonesia stay organized without hiring another admin every time the chats grow. Through our affiliate program, we also give anyone a way to earn extra income by introducing cshub to businesses around them.
