A customer orders, you confirm, and then you find out it's sold out. Rentals are worse: one car gets promised to two people for the same dates because the schedule lives in a notebook and a WhatsApp group.
Stock and units are tracked in one place. The online store, the AI agent, and broadcasts all read from it. For rentals, available units are calculated from bookings that overlap the requested dates or hours, and checked once more right before a booking is saved.
What it does
Variants with their own stock
A T-shirt in S, M, L, and XL, in black, white, and red. Each combination has its own stock and price.
Daily or hourly rentals
Set a product as a daily rental (cars, cameras, camping gear) or hourly (courts, studios). Enter the unit count, say 3 Avanzas, and the system tracks how many are free on each date.
Opening hours per product
Hours can differ per product or per variant, for example per doctor or per court. Set several slots a day and mark closed days.
Excel import
Have 500 SKUs? Upload one Excel file and every product comes in with its variants.

Enter the name, description, category, photos, price, and starting stock. For rentals, choose daily or hourly.

If you have sizes, colors, or different units, add variants. Each one has its own SKU, stock, and price.

Products show up in the online store, and the AI agent can check them while answering chats. Stock and free units update with every order.

The Avanza has 3 units. If 1 is already booked for the 5th-6th, the system knows 2 are left and turns down a fourth booking for those dates.
Badminton courts by the hour
Each court is a variant with hours from 08:00-23:00. A booked hour can't be taken by someone else.
Fashion store with 200 SKUs
Each product comes in 4 sizes and 3 colors, so 12 variants with their own stock. During a sale, orders don't exceed what's on the shelf.
